An abundance of natural light throughout due to floor-to-ceiling windows and a dramatic entryway that leads you to the outside porch, as well as the convenience of hosting friends and family all together in one special space.  A powder room completes the living space on the first level.

With an open floor plan on the first level, the benefits of having the kitchen, dining, and living room with an open layout are endless. There are two Smart TVs, one in the living room and another in the den off of the primary bedroom, where you can access apps for live streaming. A bright and airy primary bedroom, also on the first level, offers a king-size bed and a private bath.
